    I love adding collagen into my coffee because it’s such an easy way to add into my diet. I like that each scoop is 10 grams of protein. I do not like eating breakfast early so at least I get some protein in the morning without having to eat. I will keep using this collagen!

    This morning’s coffee is different than my usual one as I’ve added collagen to it and surprisingly it made it yummier, bolder n richer in taste… 👌

    So, this momma has been trying it out for the past few weeks and I’m happy to report back n say my hair, nails, and knees are loving it!

    I was having trouble with my digestion and a friend told me collagen helps so I bought this. YOU GUYS. IT WORKS!!!! I don’t get as many rando stomach cramps and taking this regularly has really just helped me feel so much better!

  4. Helps with sleep?

    I’ve really been struggling to get a good night’s sleep lately, and I came across a study that said collagen can help with your sleep cycle so decided to give this a try. It’s only been about a week, but I do think it is helping? I’ve stayed asleep through the night more than I was. Will continue to take/try this!
