    Despite not being a finer powder, I’ve been impressed at how well it dissolves in my drinks! I’ve put it in my superfood shake, preworkout drink, and hydration drink, and it has blended in seamlessly with all of them. The only thing about the flavor is that there is a *hint* of a flavor to it. It doesn’t bother me the slightest bit, but I can tell that it’s there when in my more concentrated preworkout drink (8 ounces of water). When it’s in a more flavorful shake, or in my hydration drink (where I just put one scoop of collagen in 24 ounces of water), I can’t detect any flavor at all. Again, not something that bothers me at all, but thought it would be worth mentioning. All in all, it’s a good purchase, and I’m loving the benefits of daily collagen!

    I seriously LOVED this collagen protein. Whenever I take it I feel energized and healthy. I love that it also helps with joint pain, which I’ve suffered a lot of in my wrists and hands postpartum. Because it’s tasteless and mixes well in just about anything, I’d even recommend it outside of exercise and during pregnancy to get the additional protein your body will need, ease joint pain which is common in pregnancy, and help get something down during that first trimester morning sickness! Seriously though, I’d recommend it to anyone.

    I started taking this stuff a few months ago to help with joint pain. As an athlete, I’ve had pain in my knees and hips for years, and taking this really has helped more than anything else I’ve tried!

    This is by far my favorite protein. I love that it is tasteless and doesn’t make my drinks chalky. I usually put it in my morning coffee but have also done the occasional shake, and have baked with it too.
